Shanghai HaLong General Equipment Co Ltd warrants the equipment you purchased from Halong to be free from defect in material or workmanship under normal usage situations during the warranty period．This warranty is limited to twelve months from the date of the original installation．whether or not actual use begins on that date．
限制和免除責任條款
本保修條款不包含由下列原因導致的損壞：
(1)產品野蠻裝卸、部分零件被拆卸或不恰當更換、維護使用不當、等人為原因造成的設備損傷；
(2)設備運行工況與原始設計有較大偏離(包括但不限于溫度、氣體成份、電源、系統阻力等)；
(3)未經許可的產品拆解后再組裝或改造；
(4)序列號被更改或去除：
(5)不可抗力造成的產品損壞。
Limitations and Exclusions
The warranty provided herein shall be void and of no effect in the event as following：
(1)The product has been subjected to misuse，neglect，accident，improper or inadequate maintenance．And it is not installed and operated in compliance with our instructions and applicable building，mechanical，plumbing and electrical codes
(2)The product has been operated outside its designed capacity
(3)Unauthorized modifications are made to the product．
(4)The serial number of the product has been altered defaced or removed
(5)Force majeure．
